Innovative reliability tests for SiC and GaN power semiconductors
Wide bandgap materials like silicon carbide (SiC) and gallium nitride (GaN) are determining the future in power electronics. SET’s dynamic semiconductor test systems enable reliability tests that are specifically adapted to the material properties.
We also work with additional dynamic and static test procedures as well as cyclic test systems to use precise reliability tests in qualifying power semiconductors. Alternatively, we also offer Testing as a Service in-house.
