SET and ThermoTEC announce strategic partnership
ThermoTEC, a specialist in climate testing technology, and SET GmbH will be working even more closely together in the future in the area of combined semiconductor test systems.
The mission is to offer customers in the fast-growing and dynamic compound semiconductor market an optimally coordinated overall package of innovative test systems and high-quality climatic test chambers. The combination of SET’s state-of-the-art technologies, ESPEC’s climate test chambers for environmental simulation, and ThermoTEC’s nationwide service network creates dynamic test systems of the highest product quality for reliability testing in the semiconductor sector.
